The UK-based bank, Barclays, are now confirmed to be taking four and a half out of the six floors of the One Molesworth Street development. The proposed refurbishment of the Parish Church and Apparition Chapel is scheduled to commence in September 2017 and to be completed by Easter 2018.   Local, internationally renowned, artist Ger Sweeney has been commissioned to paint new Stations of the Cross for the recently refurbished Basilica.   For more information see our project or visit www.knockshrine.ie

This project has reached a significant milestone in the completion of the internal core demolition and commencement of the new core construction.

The supermarket giant, Aldi, has signed on to be a key tenant in the refurbished and extended Frascati Shopping Centre. Aldi will be joining other key tenants Debenhams and Marks & Spencer in the Blackrock complex. Planning permission has also been lodged for the extension to the Marks & Spencer store.
